This Staircase plays off the notion of voyeurism and the allure of what is not visible. As you ascend or descend the stair case sensors on the stairs are tripped by the action and in turn activate the electronically frosting glass. All that is then visible is the users hand on the Red Glass rail as they climb or descend. When multiple people use the stairs the glass with be frosting on and off at many points and will in turn be visually compelling.
